I think it was somewhere in October of the year 1993 that I had become the idea of making a CD with my own synthesizer music and that I had to call myself 'Void'. Influenced by the mid seventies albums of Tangerine Dream and Jean-Michel Jarre, I started to make compositions and almost one year later 4 of them were finished. After making some improvements I decided that I had to record these compositions on an album. Because producing your own CD in that time still was pretty expensive the music had to wait until july 1997 to be released on my debut album 'Void'. For some reason I only made 200 copies (while 500 copies was not so much more expensive) and sold copies on the KLEM-day in 1997 and the next year on the Alpha Centauri festival. Most copies I sold to mail order distribution companies like Synth Music Direct, Manikin Records and Groove. In 2008 I finally finished my last composition for 'Avoidance' and in April 2009 the album was recorded in the studio of Ron Boots (Groove unlimited). On 14 October 2011 the album finally was released, almost 14 years after the debut CD.
